Mike Burbank Sr., President
In 1986, Mike established Superior Roofing, Inc., driven by the ambition to create something exceptional for his family. He has consistently expanded his knowledge and skills, ensuring Superior remains a small, community-focused family enterprise. Mike takes great pride in his roles as a husband, father, grandfather, and uncle, cherishing his leisure time at the beach and snowmobiling with loved ones. His hands-on approach in everything from business operations to personal projects since 1986 showcases his craftsmanship and commitment within his company.
Kerri Frongillo, Office Manager
While Kerri may not have learned the trade as her brother did, she boasts an extensive background in customer relations, management, and marketing, contributing to Superior's smooth operation behind the scenes. She holds the belief that communication, honesty, and a personal touch are the most valuable offerings of a business. Living in Boylston with her husband and four children, Kerri takes pleasure in watching her kids engage in sports they love, exploring new places with her family, and, sharing her father and brother's enthusiasm, is always ready for a good renovation project. Her compassionate nature, personal touch, and organizational skills render her an invaluable asset to both our business and our family.
Ron Delage, Project Advisor
Ronnie, Mike Sr.'s stepfather, began assisting Superior in 2003. With his knack for conversing with everyone and a keen eagerness to learn, he has proven to be an excellent fit for the role of Project Estimator. Ronnie takes great pleasure in meeting new people, learning about them, and helping them navigate the decision-making process. His sincerity and honesty are key in helping you comprehend every aspect of your project from inception to completion. Outside of work, Ronnie cherishes spending time with his family and enjoying a good meal out, especially the large family gatherings at Wright's Chicken Farm. Ronnie's gift for making you feel like part of the family is a tremendous asset to Superior!
Michael Burbank Jr., Project Advisor
Starting as a freshman, Michael began his summers working as an apprentice with Superior. Through years of working beside his father, he quickly mastered the roofing trade and expanded his skills to include siding and windows. Now, 18 years on, Michael has advanced within the company to the role of project advisor. Outside of work, he indulges in his passions for fishing, cars, and renovating his duplex. Michael is dedicated to guiding clients through better product choices, budgeting alternatives, and providing advice to guarantee a seamless and transparent project experience.
Jason Sutkaitis, Project Manager
Jay has been a part of Superior for over two decades, and we are immensely thankful for his service. As a diligent worker, Jay is committed to both personal growth and success in his role as our Project Manager. His adeptness at organizing and supervising various projects, each differing in location and scope, has become one of our most valuable assets. Jay maintains open communication with clients to ensure their requirements are fulfilled and that projects conclude efficiently and cleanly. Outside of work, Jay is a devoted husband and father to three children—two sons and a daughter. His leisure time is spent fishing, playing hockey, and cherishing moments with his family.
